I have been involved with spinning for many years so when you ride with me you experience more than just a great work out. Spinning to the best beats creates electric energy in the moment. My class is based on rhythm and form. It’s about having fun and developing a disregard for what you think you are capable of in this moment. It is a party on the bike.  We are working for progress, not perfection.
