When registering and purchasing classes on our site you are asked to enter your full name, email address, mailing address, phone number(s), credit card information, emergency contact, date of birth, and any other information required in the purchase, reservation, and participation in our classes. Personal identification information will only be collected when voluntarily submitted by the user. Refusal to submit required information will prevent interaction with website features; for instance the purchase or reservation of a class.

 

Collection of Non-Personal Identification Information

During your voluntary use of our website, we may automatically track information for the duration of website use. Information includes, but not limited to, URL tracking information, user’s browser and IP address, pages and features viewed by user, browser type, and personal technical data in relation to use such as computer operating system, internet service provider and additional related information.

Information regarding website usage may be collected: date, time, frequency of access to site, and length of time spent. Recorded information will be connected to user when logged into their account. Aggregate user data may also be tracked by website

  • To process user transactions. Information submitted to website will be used to process payments for classes.
  • To process class reservations and cancellations made by the user.
  • Ensure user complies with BESPOKE’s age policy.
  • To allow better service in response to customer service requests.
  • To facilitate a promotion, contest, survey, or other site feature.
  • To market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our users after the original transaction has taken place.
  • To personalize user’s experience and allow us to deliver the type of content and service offerings unique to the user’s interests.
  • To improve the BESPOKE website to better serve our users.

User email addresses may be used to deliver information and updates regarding user’s account, purchases, and reservations as well as in response to requests made by the user. We may track which HTML emails are opened by users through the use of web beacons or clear GIFs.

When subscribed to our mailing list, the user will receive emails regarding company updates, new blog posts, etc. The user is free to unsubscribe from our mailing list and my do so by following the instructions included in the bottom of each email, however we reserve the right to email important notifications about user’s account.

We do not include or offer third party products or services on our website.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA requires commercial websites and online services in California to post a privacy policy. Any website collecting information from persons residing in California, regardless of state of business, to post a noticeable privacy policy on their website outlining the information to be collected, how collected information is used, and acceptance of policy. In accordance with CalOPPA we agree to the following terms:

  • Users may visit website anonymously.
  • Link to privacy policy appears conspicuously on homepage.
  • The privacy link includes the word “privacy”

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

We do not collect information from children we know are under the age of 13. In the case of discovering a user is under the age of 13, we will delete the personal information submitted immediately. The FTC (Federal Trade Commission), the U.S. consumer protection agency, enforces the Children Online Privacy Protection Act, stating what operators of a website or any online service is obligated to do in order to secure children’s privacy and safety online.
