Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Shai’la grew up with an emphasis on exercise and fitness. She participated and competed nationally in dance and cheerleading up until her teenage years. While a student at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Shai’La’s interest in indoor cycling was piqued, and she has been obsessed ever since. She has been cycling for over seven years, and loves the physical the emotional growth through riding. When Shai’La isn’t on the podium, you can catch her dj’ing for clients across Los Angeles!
