THEME RIDE: Y2K with AMANDA!

Thursday, Sept. 15th at 7:30pm

If you wanna come and take a ride with me, then hop in the saddle this Thursday!

You got it right: it’s a theme ride featuring the biggest BADDEST hits from the late ‘90s and early ‘00’s. Amanda’s gonna get you partyin’ like it’s 1999, no diggity – no doubt.

Don’t forget to book your bike early, ‘cause this class will be Jumpin, Jumpin!

When It Comes to Water, How Much is Enough?

We all know that staying hydrated is the key to maintaining good health, but how much should you actually aim to drink? Studies have shown that 20 oz. of water 1-2 hours before spinning is essential, in addition to sipping throughout your ride. But it’s actually after you’ve hit the finish line, that’s more crucial to get that H2O. Your body needs to recover, so make sure you drink an entire bottle’s worth within 30 minutes. This will not only help keep you focused and fired up for the rest of your day, but it can boost your endurance for the next ride. To learn more, click here.

IVY RIDE: Pump it Up with PETER!

We are SO excited to partner with  IVY, the world’s first Social University that unites thoughtful individuals through a lifetime of new inspirations and connections. This Wednesday, September 14th, 2016 BESPOKE will be hosting a special ride for IVY members to give thanks and get motivated while Peter helps them push their limits like never before! Kick your week into high gear with IVY Active: Cycling at BESPOKE Cycling Studio for a challenging mind and body workout! Throughout the empowering 45-minute class, members will push their limits and motivate each other while incorporating hills sprints and weights into the ride. After the cycling experience, we’ll cool down with a great group of IVY members over healthy snacks and fun conversation. So clip in and hold on–it’s going to be an unforgettable ride!

Schedule

IMPORTANT: NEW FALL SCHEDULE

As of September 12th there will be no more classes on:

Mondays at 6:15am

Wednesdays at 9:30am

Fridays at 9:30am

We will be adding a new class on Fridays at 10:45am

Friday night classes are now 5:00pm and 6:00pm

Do you know the “secret stretching spot” on our BESPOKE spin bikes? It’s easier to find than you think…the next time you’re in the studio, place the ball of your foot firmly on the silver grip material at the horizontal base of the bike. Once you feel comfortable, lean your weight into your foot a couple times back and forth to ensure the best relief to your hamstrings. Not only will this help you avoid injury, but this particular stretch can help avoid uncomfortable tightness in your muscles so you don’t wake up sore.
